I've spent 12+ years building revenue operations for B2B SaaS companies, from Series A startups to $150M+ enterprises. I've been in the room for acquisitions, pricing transformations, board meetings, and GTM resets. I know what a broken revenue engine looks like, and I know what it takes to fix it.
I don't consult from the sidelines. I get into the details, build the infrastructure, and make sure things actually work. I take on a small number of engagements at a time so every client gets real attention.
