I've spent 12+ years building revenue operations for B2B SaaS companies, from Series A startups to $150M+ enterprises. I've been in the room for acquisitions, pricing transformations, board meetings, and GTM resets. I know what a broken revenue engine looks like, and I know what it takes to fix it.

Strategy

Most GTM problems are actually strategy problems in disguise. Misaligned teams, a forecast no one trusts, comp plans incentivizing the wrong behavior — these aren't tools problems. Building the RevOps Function

Built the entire RevOps function from $5M to $150M+ ARR from scratch. Stood up a global channel partner program generating $80M in pipeline, led a $400M acquisition integration, designed comp plans for 200+ team members, and built the forecasting and board reporting infrastructure used through multiple funding rounds.

Technical Architecture that Scales

Inherited a fragmented GTM stack and rebuilt it end-to-end. Unified workflows across outbound, sequencing, enrichment, and CRM. Embedded AI across Sales, CS, and Marketing — call scoring, competitive intelligence, meeting prep, and Voice of Customer. Rebuilt quote-to-cash with CPQ and Salesforce automation. Established board-level analytics for capacity planning and investment decisions.

Restructuring Revenue Model

Led a shift from project-based to recurring revenue model — restructuring the GTM strategy, service delivery, and commercial frameworks. Built a 5-person business development function, created a sales playbook for enterprise-focused directors, and delivered 34% YoY revenue growth. Work contributed directly to the company's successful acquisition.
